At first I was hesitant because of the name but they have one of the best chicken sandwiches and chicken wraps I've ever had! The fries are always hot and crispy too!

This excellent Oaxacan restaurant is only half a block from the Empire State Trail. We had lunch here during a long bicycle tour and were entirely satisfied. This is a cuisine that is not so commonly encountered in the US, but is well-represented here. Many of the other diners were Mexican themselves, testifying to its authenticity.

A true authentic gem! The proprietor is so accommodating and caring, it’s like you’re family and she’s cooking for you in her home. As a vegetarian, I’m always happy and well-fed here. (Also, the portions are enormous.) Her agua frescas and horchata are divine. Cash only, which isn’t convenient for us as we never carry cash—but this marvelous place is well worth a trip to the ATM!
